Revision Policy

You can request revisions as specified in ysour chosen package, and the number of revisions allowed is dependent on the package selected. We strive to offer optimal services and will continue making changes until your requirements are met. If the design principles remain unchanged, additional charges may apply. The updated design will be provided within 48 hours.

Turn Around Time of Each Iteration

For most design services, The Dezign Experts LLC offers a 48–72 hour turnaround time for a single design stage iteration, not including the entire project duration. The time required for changes may range from 48 to 72 hours, depending on the service type. For example:

• Monday orders for logos and revision requests will be fulfilled by Wednesday.
• Orders placed on Fridays for logos or revision requests will be delivered by Tuesday at the latest.

Refund Policy

We prioritize the satisfaction of our clients; however, our refund policy is subject to specific conditions:

• A 100% refund is available for the first logo or website design if it does not meet your needs.
• Dezign Experts LLC offers a 100% refund on design services, excluding premium or custom packages.
• Refund eligibility is void once primary design concepts are approved or logos are completed.
• Refunds are not applicable if the website is designed, developed, and deployed, or if edits have been requested.
• Cancellations unrelated to the project or policy violations are not eligible for a refund. Refund approval is at the discretion of Dezign Experts LLC management, and their decision is final. Partial refunds may be considered after discussing with the project manager. If a customer subscribes to a service package and is dissatisfied with a specific service, the refund will apply only to that specific service and not the entire package.
• Cancellation of orders beyond 24 hours from purchase may be subject to a 33% administrative fee. Dezign Experts LLC reserves the right to refuse projects or cancel contracts when necessary.

Upon refund, the client relinquishes the right to use the design for any purpose; it becomes the exclusive property of Dezign Experts LLC.

Quality Assurance Policy

The team of Dezign Experts LLC ensures that your product should meet your needs and requirements and fulfill your expectations. We believe in providing the best design to our customers with proper research.

Our commitment is to meet your needs and expectations, ensuring 100% satisfaction. The finalized design is owned by the client, excluding materials from revision cycles.

Design Ownership and Rights

The client retains 100% ownership of the finalized design, but materials from revision cycles leading to the final product remain the property of Dezign Experts LLC.

Content Creation and population

The Dezign Experts LLC is responsible for populating the website with client-specific content and collecting stock images after customer approval.

N.D.A. & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT POLICY

Strict confidentiality is maintained, and both parties commit to avoiding intentional slander or degradation post-project completion.

Record Maintenance

Dezign Experts LLC maintains finalized design records for client access.

Customer Support

Customer support is available during business hours. Technical support for websites and emails is provided in some packages, with basic guidance. Website deployment on Dezign Experts LLC's hosting servers is free; hosting purchased by the customer is not Dezign Experts LLC's responsibility.

Email Setup

Dezign Experts LLC provides email settings and information but is not responsible for installation and setup at the customer's premises.

Hosting and Domain

Website packages may include a free domain and hosting. Email accounts are provided only if hosting is with Dezign Experts LLC.

Delivery policy

Design files are delivered to "My Account" on the specified date, with policies based on this delivery date.

Communication Policy

Dezign Experts LLC assumes liability only for correspondence sent to registered email addresses or provided toll-free numbers.

Reactivation policy

Projects are deemed closed after a month of inactivity, and a reactivation cost will be assessed for reopening.
